
David Maas concentrates his practice on antitrust, class action, and complex commercial litigation. He represents plaintiffs and defendants across a broad spectrum of industries, including health care, technology, financial services, energy and natural resources, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and retail. David has handled cases or government investigations involving antitrust law, tax, securities laws, product liability, and the False Claims Act, along with consumer class action matters.
David also provides antitrust counseling to clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations. David has assisted clients in various industries, including health care and technology, with investigations by federal and state antitrust enforcement authorities.
