Hello, my name is David P. Gaass (Old Dutch name). I have been in practice in the Greater Denver Metropolitan Area since I graduated from the University of Denver Law School in 1984.
I have been practicing in the family law area since that time. In the past fifteen years I have been focusing almost exclusively on Family Law issues. I am a specialist in Divorce and Parental Responsibility (Custody) areas and conducting those cases and helping children.
I care about you and your children. I am a very experienced trial lawyer and will not just settle your case if it is not want you want or if it is not appropriate. I have been married for thirty-seven years and have three wonderful children. My wife is a kindergarten teacher for Denver Public Schools.
I have been very involved in public education having been a member and president of the CDM for our school and remain active volunteering for the school. I am passionate about the issues that confront our children today and have classified myself as a rabid kids first attorney.
