David Miller is an associate attorney and shareholder with Clayson, Schneider & Miller, PC. David joined the firm as a law clerk in 2014, and has been with the firm since. David graduated from Michigan State University in 2012 with a Bachelors of the Arts in English, and cognate studies in Sociology and Political Science. David went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 2015. While in law school, David worked at both the Legal Advocacy for People with Cancer Clinic and the Disability Law Clinic as a Student Intern, as well as participated in the Student Trial Advocacy Program.
David also worked as Judicial Intern for the United State Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Since joining the firm, David has focused on Chapter 7 panel trustee estate administration and litigation. David was admitted to practice in the State of Michigan in October 2015 and the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in November 2015.
