David S. Manush

David S. Manush is an associate in Carr Allison’s Birmingham, AL office, where his practice focuses on construction law, workers’ compensation, insurance and premises liability matters. David is licensed to practice in the state of Alabama and is an active member of the American Bar Association.

David graduated cum laude from Auburn University, earning his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in History. He then received his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL), also graduating cum laude.

While in law school David was the Writing Editor for the Cumberland Law Review and was a member of the Richard L. “Red” Jones National Moot Court Team.
