David B.H. Saye is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Real Estate practice and serves as lead for the practice in the Charlotte office.trus He has a diverse real estate practice in the areas of real estate financing, corporate real estate, commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and development.
He represents developers, financial institutions, pension funds, private equity funds, real estate investment trusts, real estate operating companies, and corporations in connection with construction and permanent loan financing, new developments, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and acquisitions. These real estate projects have included office, hotel, casino, residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use buildings.
In 2014, he was named to Charlotte Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40,” an annual list which recognizes “Charlotte’s best and brightest young professionals for the strides they are making in their careers as well as their civic contributions.” He was also recognized by Law360 as a “Rising Star for 2014.”
