David’s healthcare experience entails setting up ambulatory surgical centers, imaging centers, and joint ventures to own sophisticated equipment, such as PET scanners, MRIs and CTs, as well as developing corporate compliance plans and physician recruitment agreements.

David has a deep knowledge of the complexities of Medicare fraud and abuse, false claims and reimbursement issues, Stark requirements, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

David’s practice also involves designing ERISA-qualified retirement plans, tax planning, IRS and Florida tax controversies, tax litigation and estate planning. He represents numerous individuals, small and large corporations, family-owned businesses and professional associations, in addition to his focus of representing physicians.
