David graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2007 with bachelor’s degrees in history and political science and a master’s degree in public administration.
In 2011, David graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, David served on the editorial and executive boards of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and led the school’s honor court. He also was named UGA’s most outstanding moot court board member for 2011 and won the William King Meadow Award, presented by the faculty and graduating class annually to the graduate who best exemplifies integrity, responsibility, the high standards of the legal profession, and a keen sense of humor necessary to afford a proper human perspective to the resolution of legal problems.
David’s practice includes bankruptcy, civil litigation, and criminal defense. For David, practicing law is more than just a job; it is a calling. David takes great pleasure in helping people during their time of need. David’s goal in every case is to achieve the best possible result for his client that the facts and law allow. He also strives to keep his clients informed about the progress of their case and to be a good steward of their financial resources.
David is a proud member of the Peachtree City Rotary Club and currently serves as Vice-President of the Fayette County Bar Association. He is also an adjunct professor at Georgia Military College in Fayetteville.
