For over 20 years, Attorney David Seror has been active as a member of the Panel of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees for the Central District of California.
His area of practice is concentrated on acting in the position of a fiduciary, either as trustee, receiver or assignee for the advantage of the creditors, or providing representation to such fiduciaries in state and federal Courts.
In 1972, he earned his B.A. from UCLA. In 1975, David obtained his Juris Doctorate from the California Western School of Law. During his time as a law student, he was an associate editor of the California Western International Law Journal.
David Seror is an active member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association California. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California and the U.S. Supreme Court.
