
David Strickland works with clients from the conceptual drawing board through the punchlist and beyond. He assists in determining the best project delivery system, then writes and negotiates project agreements, including EPC, EPCM, construction, construction management, engineering, architectural, equipment supply, and professional services agreements, and assists with resolving (or avoiding) construction-related disputes.
David represents clients in a variety of industries on projects ranging from US$10 million to more than US$10+ billion. Some recent examples include petrochemical facilities, refineries, power plants, natural gas and crude oil pipelines, liquefied natural gas (LNG) liquefaction facilities, manufacturing facilities, and mixed-use and high rise developments.
