DEBRA J. REECE is the founder and owner of Reece Law Criminal Defense. After graduating first in her class from the UALR Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas, Ms. Reece clerked with Justice Annabelle Clinton Imber at the Arkansas Supreme Court.
This was followed by a year as a Visiting Professor at the Bowen School of Law, where she taught the legal reasoning, writing, and advocacy class to first-year law students.
In 2005, Ms. Reece opened Reece Law Firm, which later became Reece
Law Criminal Defense when the focus changed from a variety practice to
solely criminal defense and appeals.
Ms. Reece has consistently brought excellence to the courtroom in representing clients charged with everything from traffic tickets to murder.
Though her practice has focused mostly on violent crimes, sex crimes, and drug crimes for the past several years, she handles any and all state and federal misdemeanors and felonies.
Ms. Reece is skilled at both trial work and appellate work, and she believes the criminal defense lawyer is the most important constitutional protection for criminal defendants and only with excellent criminal defense lawyers does the system work correctly.
