Denmark J. Grant focuses his practice in real estate transactions. Denmark works on a variety of real estate matters, including developments, financings, single-asset and portfolio sales, and acquisitions. He assists clients in drafting purchase agreements and leases for complex transactions involving industrial, health care, office and wireless communications properties. Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Denmark clerked at the Real Property Division of the Tennessee Attorney General’s office.
