Derek Marks is an associate in King & Spalding’s Finance practice resident in the firm’s Charlotte office. He is active in King & Spalding’s transportation finance practice.
Derek represents financial institutions, lenders and lessors in transportation finance transactions with an emphasis on business aircraft and rail equipment.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Derek served as corporate counsel at a global equipment leasing firm.
Derek holds a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law where he graduated cum laude and served as the Managing Editor of Outside Works on the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.
