
Since graduating from Thomas Jefferson School of Law as valedictorian in 2009, Mr. Derek W. Paradis has been successful in handling everything from wage and hour class actions to employment discrimination cases.
While his clients often include hotels, restaurants, bars and nightclubs, Mr. Paradis is eager to help businesses of all sizes with employment issues such as wrongful termination, wage and hour class actions, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, intentional business torts, fraudulent transfers, unfair competition, and more.
In 2011, Mr. Paradis was nominated for the San Diego Daily Transcript’s “Young Attorneys” award, which recognizes the area’s most promising associates.

Mr. Paradis is a Board member of the San Diego County Hotel-Motel Association where he supports the San Diego tourism industry and a Board member of the San Diego County Bar Foundation. Mr. Paradis also enjoys spending time at the beach, playing flag football, and hiking.
