Diana Tabacopoulos is a partner in the Wage & Hour Litigation Practice Group in Seyfarth Shaw’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Tabacopoulos has more than fifteen years of experience defending corporations and management in wage and hour, ERISA, and securities class actions as well as consumer and unfair competition actions under the California Business and Professions Code.
She has lectured and published articles on financial litigation, ERISA litigation, unfair competition and many aspects of employment law, including reductions-in-force and employee participation programs.
