
Diane Aburto, started her career in immigration law, after her uncle was deported to Nicaragua, several years back. She recalls the burning desire within her at that time to do something. So she swore to assist other families navigate through such tough times.
Diane was born in San Jose, California. At an early age, she relocated to Miami, FL. She attended a magnet school called Coral Reef Senior High, and she performed brilliantly in the Drama Department.
After graduation, Diane studied at the University of Central Florida, in Orlando, FL, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. She later studied at Florida Coastal School of Law, in Jacksonville, FL, and obtained her Juris Doctorate, together with a certificate in International and Comparative Law.
Diane served as a student representative, in the immigration clinic, helping poor families in her community when she was in law school. It is then, that she realized the enormous effect she could have on these families.
Diane is a distinguished member of the National Association of Professional Women and of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association. She is licensed to practice by the State of Florida. During her leisure time, she loves horseback riding and traveling round the world.
