Dod Ghassemkhani

Dod Ghassemkhani works at GHASSEMKHANI LAW APC.

After graduating from Santa Clara University in 1998, I moved on to the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating with my Juris Doctorate in 2003.

I gained valuable experience as an intern for the San Diego Public Defenders Office, where I had the opportunity to work on a serious murder case later used for an episode of Law and Order on NBC.

I was later hired by the San Diego Public Defenders Office, working only with clients accused and arrested for crimes. In my years of experience, I am not a prosecutor, not have I ever been. It is important that my clients know that I have never worked for “the other side.”

My reputation in the legal community is one of absolute commitment to my clients and their defense. I am focused on achieving justice for those accused, no matter how serious the charge.
