Dominic E. Massa is a partner in the firm’s Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 1993. Mr. Massa has a general commercial litigation practice, with a focus on intellectual property litigation.
Mr. Massa has represented clients in patent suits involving computer software, integrated circuits, computer systems, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
He has also represented clients in a number of business disputes, including claims for antitrust violations, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contract. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Massa was a co-founder of a computer software company.
