Dominique Bucci is an associate attorney at Kurzban Kurzban Weinger Tetzeli and Pratt P.A. She represents foreign individuals and multinational corporations in the areas of business and family immigration law, consular processing, and naturalization.
Dominique assists investors, executives, and individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, and business to relocate to the United States and provides guidance to foreign nationals who seek to be reunited with their U.S. families.
She has extensive experience counseling international clients in obtaining both non-immigrant and immigrant status, including through E, H, L, O, TN, EB-1, EB-5, and PERM labor certification petitions. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, she was selected to serve on the South Florida Business and Investment Committee.
In addition to her immigration law experience, Dominique has represented multinational companies conducting business in the United States in a variety of corporate law matters, including incorporating businesses, advising clients regarding state and local license requirements, and drafting corporate governance documents, employment contracts, and purchase and sale agreements.
Dominique earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated fifth in her class and served as Editor-in-Chief of the FIU Law Review. She studied international comparative law in Seville, Spain, and Berlin, Germany.
Dominique was born and grew up in Germany and is fluent in German and Spanish and conversant in French and Italian.
