Donna Boyce is a litigator who focuses on medical malpractice, premises liability and nursing home litigation in Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi. She represents large medical centers and long-term care facilities as well as individual doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals, and she has taken cases to trial in both state and federal court.
With 16 years experience as a practicing nurse – including years of practice in a hospital emergency room – Donna knows firsthand the stresses and challenges of working in health care.
In her work representing health care facilities. She also been involved in breast implant litigation and part of the team that successfully defended the first breast implant trial in Tennessee. Donna is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky and American Bar Associations and the Health Lawyers Association.
