Dorrian H. Horsey brings a wealth of both litigation and communications law experience to Minc Law’s Internet Defamation practice. She has a track record of success representing clients before state and federal courts as well as various administrative agencies, including the Federal Communications Commission. She zealously advocates for her clients as both a counselor and a litigator to achieve their objectives.
Dorrian was drawn to the niche area of Internet defamation as a natural result of her shared passions for technology and helping people who are victimized by it to understand their rights under the law.
Her interest in technology inspired her to complete additional training in software engineering to understand more about how websites operate from both a technical and legal perspective.
As a member of the Minc Law team, she works every day to help individuals and businesses use every legal means to manage their online reputations, and navigate the difficult terrain of Internet defamation and harassment, social media defamation, cyber-bullying, online privacy, content removal, and DMCA/copyright-related issues.
