Douglas A Loefgren have been engaged in the practice of law for nearly 20 years, advocating for the interests of injured persons and victims during the entirety of that time.
I graduated from The University of New Mexico in Albuquerque with Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1989, after which time I graduated from the University of Iowa with a Masters of Arts Degree in 1993.
Following graduate school, I attended Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, WI, receiving the Juris Doctor (J.D.) law degree in 1997. I first practiced law in New Mexico and have been actively engaged in the private practice of law in Phoenix since 2003.
Currently, I hold law licenses in three states: New Mexico, Wisconsin and Arizona. I am also licensed to practice law in Federal District Court for the District of Arizona.
My time spent as a prosecutor allowed me to assist crime victims and to gain a wealth of legal knowledge. After prosecution, I had the privilege of working for a very prestigious valley firm in the field of personal injury law.
Combining my civil and criminal experience, I have first-chaired three dozen jury trials, far more trials than most lawyers conduct in their entire career. Currently, I am accepting clients who received injuries from automobile collisions, and those that have uninsured and under-insured motorist claims and insurance disputes.
I also handle cases involving injuries from dog bites, premises liability claims, wrongful death claims, and the like. I look forward to the opportunity of putting my experience and knowledge to work for you.
