Douglas has been practicing law since 2009. He is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Douglas represents individuals and businesses in a variety of transactional and litigation matters, including contract drafting and disputes, entity formation, real estate law, foreclosure and trustee sales, HOA disputes and litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, consumer protections matters such as those arising under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), and personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
He also represents clients in estate planning, including the drafting of will and trusts, probate and trust administration, and bankruptcy matters.
Douglas is a 2009 graduate of the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class.
Prior to law school, Douglas worked in accounting and finance. He graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in accounting. He is an Arizona native and lives with his wife and three children.
