Douglas Daly

Douglas Daly is the founding partner of the Daly Law Firm where I offer clients legal services individually tailored to their needs in family law matters.

I’ve handled hundreds of divorce and custody cases and I take pride in building personal relationships with my clients. If you need me, I make sure to make myself available. If I’m in the office, I’ll take your call immediately to answer any questions you have.

Currently I am a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Arizona Association of Family Law Attorneys, the American Bar Association and the Maricopa County Bar Association, Family Law Section.

I attended Arizona State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Marketing. While attending Arizona State University, I was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society and a member of the National Honor Society of Collegiate Scholars.

After I received my law degree, I returned to Arizona to practice law. I started out as an associate in the Family Law Department of one of Arizona’s top law firms before I went on to start the Daly Law Firm.

Most of the lawyers in Phoenix and Scottsdale are outsiders, but I have lived in Phoenix area for more than three decades. I am familiar with the community and the court system and I am dedicated to providing excellent service to my clients.
