Douglas K. Schnell is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. Doug focuses his practice on shareholder activism, mergers and acquisitions (both negotiated and contested), and corporate governance.
