Dr. Ingo H. Hardt is an associate in the San Diego office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he assists with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. He has been a registered patent agent since 2003.
Prior to joining the firm, Ingo worked as a scientist for Pfizer Animal Health in the United Kingdom and DuPont Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer in San Diego. During his tenure in the pharmaceutical industry, Ingo filled a variety of roles in analytical technology development, pharmaceutical sciences, regulatory CMC, and project management.
He also served as a leader of analytical and natural products groups with responsibility for ensuring the quality of clinical-trial materials and the structure elucidation of impurities, degradants, and natural products.
Ingo is an author or co-author of 20 peer-reviewed scientific articles, as well as a co-inventor on two issued U.S. patents.
Ingo is fluent in German.
