
Drury S. Holland is an Associate at Phelps Dunbar in the area of Litigation, Insurance and Reinsurance. He works with the firm’s litigation group, focusing his practice on the defense of a variety of commercial litigations including premises liability, medical malpractice and products liability at the state, Federal and Appellate levels.
Drury regularly counsels clients in actions related to tort liability across transaction like commercial trucking and public housing industries. He has also represented various governmental entities against municipal liability claims throughout Mississippi.
Drury Holland graduated from the University of Alabama, B.S., magna cum laude, 2008 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, cum laude in 2012
He had his judicial clerkship as an Extern at the U.S. District Court Judge Virginia Emerson Hopkins and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama
