Dustin J. Brockner is a litigation associate. Mr. Brockner joined Debevoise in 2017. From 2016 to 2017, he clerked for the Hon. Lorna G. Schofield of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. From 2015 to 2016, he clerked for the Hon. Edward C. Prado of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Brockner received a J.D. from Yale Law School in 2015, where he was a notes editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review and awarded the Francis Wayland Prize for showing greatest proficiency in preparing and presenting a case in negotiation and litigation. He received a B.A. with honors from the Wesleyan University in 2009, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Brockner is admitted to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
