Eddie Travis Ramey is an associate in Burr & Forman’s Birmingham office, where his practice focuses on representing clients in appellate courts. Before joining Burr & Forman, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edward E. Carnes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
His experience as a law clerk gives him insight into how judges view appellate issues, which enables him to more effectively craft winning arguments on appeal. Travis graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law.
While there, he served as editor in chief of the Alabama Law Review, was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board, and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
