Dongyu Eddie Wang primarily focuses his practice on project and contract development in connection with energy and infrastructure projects. He assists public-entity clients in procuring and developing projects in the water, wastewater, solid waste, and renewable energy sectors. He also represents private entities in the development and financing of energy projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Eddie worked as a associate in the Newark, New Jersey office of a national law firm where he concentrated his practice on the procurement and implementation of projects in the energy, transportation, water and wastewater, infrastructure, and solid waste sectors.
Previously, Eddie was a capital markets attorney in the Beijing, China office of an international law firm where he practiced corporate law.
While attending law school, Eddie served as a student attorney in the University of Michigan Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, a legal intern at H-D (Harley-Davidson) Michigan, LLC during the summer of 2012, and a legal research assistant for Professor James J. White. He was also Editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform and Executive Board Member and Social Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
Eddie is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is conversational in Japanese.
