Eden P M Quainton brings over 20 years experience in high stakes transactions and litigation to the service of small businesses, non-profit corporations and individuals. Mr. Quainton spent the first part of his career with top corporate law firms, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he became a partner.
His clients were corporations and investment banks — such as Air France, Huaneng Power, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and HSBC — who demanded that their attorneys walk through walls to win a case or close a deal.
Mr. Quainton now aims to bring the same dedication to individuals, small businesses and non-profit organizations.
The son of a foreign service officer, Mr. Quainton grew up overseas and speaks French, Spanish, Russian and Italian, and is conversant in German.
