Mr. Bouquet is an experienced Family Law litigator with more than 20 years in practice. He specializes in complex and high conflict matters and has argued cases in both trial and appellate courts. Admitted to practice in both Maryland and Washington, DC, Mr. Bouquet is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubble, their highest distinction.
He is also one of the select few named a Legal Leader in 2012 by the Washington Post. Mr. Bouquet is a certified mediator and frequently serves as a court appointed and private mediator for cases in Maryland and the District of Columbia. In addition to his legal practice as a Partner at Brodsky Renehan Pearlstein Lastra Bouquet, one of Washington metropolitan area’s most respected Family Law firms, Mr. Bouquet is a frequent speaker and lecturer on Family Law. He has previously served as a Lecturer and Series Manager for the Montgomery County Women’s Commission, a Guest Lecturer on Family Law at American University, and also taught a class on Domestic Relations.
A lifelong resident of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Mr. Bouquet is a graduate of The George Washington University, Columbian College of Arts and Sciences and Emory University School of Law. Mr. Bouquet began his legal career as Law Clerk to the Honorable James S. McAuliffe, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
