Edra J. Pollin has been a legal practitioner in Denver, Colorado since 1980. Edra’s practice is limited to family law so she is highly knowledgeable in the area of domestic relations including, but not limited to, divorce, child custody, maintenance, post Decree modification proceedings, domestic violence issues, and division of marital property.
Edra has specialized in family law for the past thirty-two years and she currently practices in the five counties of the greater Denver metropolitan area, i.e. Denver, Arapahoe, Douglas, Adams and Jefferson. Edra’s office is conveniently located in Southeast Denver on the corner of Hampden Avenue and Tamarac Drive.
Edra graduated with distinction with a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1976. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver in 1980.
Between 1980 and early 1983, Edra was a Deputy State Public Defender in the Denver office of the Colorado Public Defender.
Since 1983, Edra has been in private practice with her husband, David A. Dezen, who practices criminal defense and personal injury law.
Edra strives to provide competent and affordable legal representation in an assertive but compassionate manner. Edra believes that most divorcing parties desire to obtain a fair and equitable resolution of their contested issues without draining the marital estate by the payment of excessive litigation fees.
Edra works diligently for her clients to provide effective and constructive legal representation at a reasonable cost toward reaching an equitable and, where possible, amicable resolution of the case.
