Edward F. Bukaty IV

Edward F. Bukaty IV assists clients with corporate, business and commercial real estate matters. Prior to joining Stone Pigman, he was a judicial intern with Judge Jay C. Zainey in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and a judicial extern with Judge Jane Triche Milazzo for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. He joined Stone Pigman in 2014.

Professional and Civic Activities :

Mr. Bukaty is a member of the American Bar Association Business Law Section and the Louisiana State Bar Association Corporate and Business Law Section. He has volunteered with the Division of Real Estate and Records for the City of New Orleans where he prepared servitude agreements between the City and private individuals. He also has volunteered at the New Orleans Family Justice Center.
