Edward Guldi

Edward W. Guldi comes from a high paced Workers’ Compensation background. He appreciates direct client contact and the importance of a speedy resolution in the workers’ compensation arena. He also has experience handling complex and serious legal matters involving injuries including extensive work on September 11th cancer litigation.

Mr. Guldi is familiar with the new board guidelines regarding Permanent Disability and Medical treatment to the extent that he has given classes to medical professionals on how to best handle challenges associate with these recent changes to the compensation law. Mr. Guldi is comfortable with the fast paced setting of the Workers’ Compensation Board and has handled thousands of worker’s compensation claims to successful resolution in his career.
