
Edward Manor is a staff attorney in the firm’s WilmerHale Discovery Solutions department, focused on substantive and strategic areas of discovery for Litigation/Controversy matters. He joined the firm in 2008.
Mr. Manor focuses his practice on issues of e-discovery. Specifically, he works with other attorneys, litigation support coordinators, and paralegals in order to provide efficient and cost effective discovery in litigations and investigations.
Staff attorneys on these teams manage matters to create smarter document review processes through strategic and tactical work from preservation to collection and through review and production. In this role they utilize the firm’s internal review software as well as e-discovery vendors’ review and analytical tools.
Mr. Manor has direct experience with document review and analysis. Prior to joining the firm, he was a staff attorney at another firm in New York where he managed document product for a caseload of thousands of individual matters in a large-scale pharmaceutical litigation.
He coordinated collection, intake, review, quality control and production of millions of pages of documents and coordinated the assembly of witness documents to trial teams.
Mr. Manor has prepared documents for the Securities Exchange Commission, insurance arbitration matters, the Department of Justice, Congress and multiple State Attorney General investigations.
