
Edward N. Storck III focuses his practice on the defense of high exposure tort claims, including but not limited to the areas of product liability, general and professional liability, and premises liability, in both state and federal courts.
Over the years, Ed has represented a wide-variety of clients from Fortune 500 Companies to small local businesses, as well as individuals in connection with the defense of matters which fall under their liability insurance policies.
Representative cases involve defense of companies in connection with alleged exposure to asbestos and other alleged harmful chemicals and compounds brought by plaintiff’s claiming either direct exposure or exposure from the environment.
Ed has also represented individuals in connection with fall-down claims and motor vehicle accidents whereby plaintiff claims significant and severe injuries as a result.
Ed also has extensive experience in insurance coverage matters providing opinions and recommendations to various insurance companies and/or bringing actions seeking judicial determinations related to coverage.
Further, he has assisted various insurance companies in the investigation of large-loss claims including taking examinations under oath and steering additional investigations into potentially fraudulent claims.
Ed currently lives in Wallingford with his wife Sandy and his two daughters, Anneliese and Hannah.
