Edward W. Sharon is an attorney whose practice focuses on a wide range of antitrust matters including merger clearance and civil and criminal investigations. His practice includes counseling on Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filing requirements and identifying filing obligations in foreign jurisdictions throughout the world.
