
Edwin (Ed) Dunn has extensive experience advising companies on corporate and securities matters, and is consistently listed among The Best Lawyers in America since 1983.
He is a member of the America, Chicago and Illinois Bar Associations, and is actively involved in various pro bono and community development work — including serving as member of the Board of Directors of Near West Side Community Development Corporation, the Law Board of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law (Chairman 2004-06), and the Board of Advisors of the Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Chicago.
Mr. Dunn’s practice is focused on advising public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He helps clients plan, structure and finance divestments, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Mr. Dunn also provides general corporate and commercial counseling to business entities.
