Edwin H. Garrison practices in the areas of real estate, finance and capital markets, focusing primarily on representing loan servicers and bondholders in connection with securitized commercial loans and securitization trusts. Mr. Garrison advises loan servicers on servicer appointments, loan modifications and extensions, senior and mezzanine financing, interest rate cap agreements, workout negotiations, receiverships, foreclosures, property management, leasing and real estate owned property disposition.
Mr. Garrison advises loan servicers and bondholders on all matters related to terminations of real estate mortgage investment conduits and grantor trusts, including tax matters and the disposition and post-termination servicing of trust assets. Mr. Garrison was recognized in 2018 as a Georgia “Rising Star” for Creditor Debtor Rights by Super Lawyers magazine.
