Ms. Honjas graduated in 1969 from the University of Athens with a B.A. in political science. She received her Juris Doctorate from the law school at New College of California in 1985. Ms. Honjas graduated with an LLM in taxation from Golden Gate University in 1995 and was admitted to the U.S. Tax Court in 1996.
Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Honjas studied clinical psychology for more than two years in pursuit of a Ph.D. Accordingly, she not only understands the emotional toll family law cases can take on a client, but she gives personalized attention to each case.
