Elinor Hart Murárová focuses her practice on commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. She has represented businesses and individuals at the trial and appellate level in a wide variety of complex commercial matters including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business tort, and antitrust claims. She also has experience representing businesses in consumer class actions and claims for injunctive or other immediate relief.
In addition to this broad commercial litigation practice, Ms. Murárová represents clients in numerous highly regulated industries including the health care, compounding pharmacy, food and drug industries. In that practice, she advises business and individuals on various FDA, state and federal regulatory, fraud and abuse, and litigation matters.
Ms. Murárová is a magna cum laude graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was an executive editor of student articles for the Loyola Law Journal and an editorial staff member of Annals of Health Law. Ms. Murárová is also a graduate of Loyola University Chicago Graduate School of Business, where she earned a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Legal Environment.
