Elizabeth A. Roland was born in Florence, Alabama. She attended Auburn University and graduated from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree. Ms. Roland was introduced to the legal field while working for Gorman Jones, Gene Hamby Jr., and Judge Robert Baker while living in Sheffield Alabama.
In 1990 she received her J.D. from Birmingham School of Law, graduating in the top ten of her class. Since that time, Ms. Roland has served her clients as a general practice law firm.
Ms. Roland served on the Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce board for several years and the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program. She is active with the Alabaster-Pelham Rotary Club and a member of the Shelby County Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar Association.
Ms. Roland and her husband David M. Lewis are members at Hunter Street Baptist Church in Hoover, Alabama.
