Elizabeth “Bess” Brown is a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Atlanta office where she practices with the Corporate and Financial Institutions Group. Her experience includes buy-side acquisitions by private equity firms, strategic corporate alliances, growth equity and venture capital investments, corporate restructurings, and mezzanine financing.
Ms. Brown’s representative clients have included public and privately held private equity firms, public, private and closely held companies, and investment management firms.
She also has experience representing agents, arrangers, lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including syndicated and single-bank credit facilities, cash flow and asset-based loans, first lien/second lien credit facilities, and cross-border lending structures.
