Elizabeth Collins has more than 15 years of legal and policy experience and advises clients in areas of health policy and legislation. She represents a wide spectrum of health care providers on Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement issues. She assists clients with strategic planning, research and advocacy on key and emerging health care policy issues. From crafting one-pagers to drafting extensive regulatory comment letters and in-depth white papers, Ms. Collins ensures that her clients’ interests and concerns are well represented in front of members of Congress and the administration.
Prior to joining Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, Ms. Collins served as an associate at another Washington, D.C., law firm. She received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Virginia.
