Elizabeth C. Corder is an associate in Venable’s Tax and Wealth Planning Practice in the Los Angeles office. She develops complex and comprehensive estate plans for high-net-worth clients; prepares wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives; and develops and implements wealth transfer and business succession strategies, including intentionally defective grantor trusts, insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
Elizabeth administers estates, including overseeing preparation of federal estate tax returns and state and federal fiduciary income tax returns, and counsels clients regarding the creation and maintenance of private charitable foundations.
