Elizabeth Han is an associate in King & Spalding’s Government Matters: Healthcare group in Houston. Elizabeth focuses her practice on assisting clients with a variety of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. She has represented a number of medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and hospitals.
Elizabeth advises clients on defending government investigations related to Medicare and Medicaid billing, contesting alleged overpayments, self-disclosing potential overpayments, and analyzing arrangements under state and federal fraud and abuse authorities.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Elizabeth served as Corporate Counsel for a public biopharmaceutical company and worked in the healthcare compliance group of another international law firm.
