
Elizabeth Hodge Carr is an associate in Williams Mullen’s Financial Services and Real Estate section. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate, including acquisition, development, financing and leasing.
She has experience representing clients in all types of real estate transactions, from contract drafting and negotiation to due diligence and closing. In the community, Elizabeth serves on the Ronald McDonald House of Richmond Board of Directors and Young Leaders Board.
Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a contributing editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. While in law school, she served as a Guardian ad Litem. Elizabeth received Bachelor of Arts degrees in history and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
