Elizabeth F. Holowacz focuses on patent application writing, prosecution, and counseling – particularly as they relate to the chemical arts. Elizabeth has prepared numerous opinions on patent infringement and validity, and regarding the freedom to operate. She also advises clients on U.S. and international patent portfolio management.
Elizabeth has worked with pharmaceutical agents, formulations and dosing regimens, artificial sweeteners and related products, food colorants, beverage systems, personal hygiene products, semiconductors, secondary batteries, photovoltaic elements and devices, and ink jet printers.
