Elizabeth B. Hurley joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2017 as an Associate Counsel to the firm. For clients at the firm, she leverages her expertise in real estate law, as well as insurance defense litigation, to effectively negotiate the best result possible.
Prior to joining SKO, Elizabeth worked for three years in a private practice law firm, where she represented national and international banks and institutions in commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes securitized loans, portfolios, mezzanine loans and warehouse loans with loan amounts totaling up to $300 million.
Real Estate: Elizabeth’s work specializes in the review and negotiation of complex commercial title documents and title policies, closing deals and issuing title policies, as well as review and negotiation of survey and zoning matters on behalf of lenders and borrowers.
