Elizabeth M. Levy is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw, LLP. Ms. Levy represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, and class action matters.
Ms. Levy also advises her clients regarding federal and state employment laws, such as those governing payment of wages and wage statements, reasonable accommodations, employee exemptions and workplace investigations.
Ms. Levy has extensive experience in discovery, electronic discovery management, law and motion practice, mediations and arbitrations. She also represents her clients before administrative agencies. She has litigated employment, consumer, and securities class action matters, on behalf of both defendants and plaintiffs. During law school, Ms. Levy served as a legal intern to the Honorable Ramon E. Reyes of the Eastern District of New York.
